We do everything we can to get your purchases delivered on time every time.

Choosing a Delivery Option

You will need to confirm the name of the person receiving or collecting the bike as well as the delivery address.

We ask for a telephone number should we or your retail partner need to contact you (for example to tell you that your bike is ready for collection).

We also ask for your email address to send your order and payment confirmation.


Direct Home Delivery or Collect In Store

There are two delivery options available:

  1. Direct Home Delivery - Direct home delivery means that your purchases will be sent direct to your door. If you choose to receive a bike using this method please note that it will not be fully assembled. You will be responsible for assembling and safety checking your bike. Full assembly instructions will be sent in the bike box.
  2. Collect in Store - We understand that you may not want to assemble your bike and check it for safety on your own.

We can assemble your bike, check it and make sure it is set up, safe and ready to ride - All free of charge.

When your bike is ready the store will contact you, on the email address or telephone number you have provided in the checkout, to arrange a convenient time for you to come in and collect your purchases.

For security reasons you must bring along your order confirmation before we will let you take your purchases. If you are unable to print off the confirmation you will be required to take the order number along with proof of identification.

Nearly New Bike offers direct home delivery to UK Mainland, Scottish Highland and Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.

If you have not received your purchases within 30 days of the order date please contact us ASAP otherwise we cannot accept any responsibility for goods not received.


Overseas/International Delivery

Sorry, we do not ship to overseas destinations. 

Collect In Store

If you are able to collect your bike in store we will have it ready for you within 3 working days.

When your bike is ready the store will contact you.

What happens if I am not in when my purchases arrive?

If you are not in when your purchases arrive a card will be put through your letterbox. This will give you details of the courier's local depot. You can then contact them to arrange a time to pickup from them or re-deliver to your door.

Direct Home Delivery

The home delivery service is the best possible service available to you. We will ship your purchases out within 3 working days of receiving payment.

Alternatively we will have your bike ready for collection in store within 3 working days – we will contact you to make an appointment for collection.
